Cooking Masterclass and Lunch
Today is a particularly creativeday. Go directly to the kitchen of an acclaimed Cape Town chef for a cooking mastercalss, for example Cas Abrahams, famous for her cape malay dishes. Alternatively it could be hosted by the executive chef at the Fyndraai restaurant at the Solms Delta wine estate, where you'll learn to make a diverity of traditional dishes of the cape, including khoi and afrikaans dishes. Township Culinary Route
Explore food through the townships of Cape Town. This, for most people, will be on eof the most extraordinary cultural experiances ever. From informal settlements to middles class township neighborhoods, for resaurants to roadside venues, explore township cuisine across the city. Taking some of the more extreme trends, such as sheeps head and tripe. Enjoy some of the more sedate trends such as Chisa Nyama (hot meat) Barbeques (very popular eateries where its all about meat meat meat). Sample snacks like Amagwinya (or fat cakes), dishes such as Umqushuand morogo, and drinks such as a traddintional beer called Umqumbhoti.Meet the people that make the food, and gain insight into origins and ingrediants.

Based on our conversations over these two days together, we can make your dinner arrangements for you we would like you to experiance our favourites, based on your specific likes and dislikes. Transfers can be arranged. (Dinner will be for your own account). If there is a good show in the evning somewhere, then we will arrange tickets if required. This is for the cost of the guests.
DAY 5 to DAY 8
World Famous Garden Route Tour

Travel on for a lengthy stopover in the quaint historical seaside village of Knysna, a community nestled between the fringes of the dark mountainous forest and the ocean. Experience an exhilarating game drive at Botlierskop Private Game Reserve where you could experience close encounters with Rhino, Lion, Buffalo, Giraffe, the rare Black Impala & many more animals. Enjoy a sunset cruise on the vast navigable lagoon that flushes into the sea through the famous Knysna Heads. There are exciting stopovers, excursions and places of interest to visit throughout this unique tour.
